MAME Maine Manufacturer of the Year

Award Announced

At this year’s summit for the Manufacturers Association of Maine (MAME) DeepWater Buoyancy was pleased to accept the Manufacturer of the Year Award.

The award is granted by MAME to companies with noteworthy achievements in business growth, employer excellence, sustainability, and dedication to community and the industry.

DeepWater Buoyancy was recognized for their focus on custom solutions, creative approaches to manufacturing, and their investment in people, capital, and the community. MAME’s 2024 Summit

Matt Henry, Operations Manager at DeepWater Buoyancy accepted the award Manufacturer of the Year Award at the summit, which was held Friday, May 24, 2024. In addition, Timber HP accepted MAME’s Pine Tree Award. The summit was attended by industry leaders from Maine and across the U.S.

During the summit, numerous Maine businesses presented exhibits and participated in panel discussions about legislative advocacy and the state of the energy industry. Other notable attendees included Efficiency Maine, Maine Street Solutions, Robotics Institute of Maine, Cross Insurance, Roux Institute, and Texas Instruments.
